Ingredients
- 1 Cup Medjool dates
- 1 Cup Almonds, raw
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 large Banana Strawberries or Raspberry
- ¾ Cup Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Method
- Add the pitted dates and almonds to a food processor and blend until it comes together as a dough.
- Press the Almond date dough evenly in a tart pan
- Place the Gluten Free Dark Chocolate in a heat proof bowl, heat the milk and then add them on top of the chocolate until it completely melts. Add the Vanilla
- Pour the chocolate on top of the almond date dough, then add the bananas and top with any other fruit you like.
- Keep it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
