Ingredients
- 4 cups yoghurt.
- 2 tbs chia seeds.
- 2 tbs dry coconut.
- 1 cup frozen strawberry.
- 1 cup frozen blueberry.
- 1 cup frozen Raspberry.
- 3 tbs granola or raw nuts.
Method
- Put the yogurt in a cotton cloth, then place it in a sieve for the water to drain for one hour.
- Put the frozen berries in the bowl.
- Sprinkle the coconut and Chia seeds on the berries.
- Spread the yoghurt.
- Sprinkle the granola or the nuts.
- Keep in fridge like one hour so the chia seeds will observe the fruit juice then it’s ready .
