For online orders:

• You can redeem the offer by ordering through the brand’s website or application, using the promo code mentoined below (the promo code will appear once you log in to your account on 360Moms website or application).
• After completing the purchasing process, the points will be added to your account in 360Moms application.
• In case the points were not added, please provide us with your invoice so we can add them to your account.

For Orders through the Phone:

• Orders can be made over phone by calling 0795121188. 
• Delivery charge is 3JD inside Amman, rate might differ outside Amman.

For Physical orders at the shop:

• You can visit Medica's showroom from 8am to 5pm/ Sunday- Thursday.
• Please scan the QR code available on 360Moms Rewards stand (Previously, Mamas Rewards)  - you will find it next to the cashier- using 360Moms application to add points to your account with the amount you paid. 
• Upload a photo of your purchase invoice to get extra points.
• Your points can be redeemed later with gifts and more!
• To keep track of our new offers, you can download 360Moms Application from Google Playand Apple Store.
